Every Aegis Building Technologies’ shelter component is constructed with the highest quality of materials and comes in a wide range of materials to suit any site requirement. Customization for layout, skin, roof, floor, doors, panels, and dimensions is fully supported. Our committed staff is available to assist in choosing the best construction materials for any shelter application. After a package decided upon, each shelter is manufactured and delivered disassembled for erection at the site.

Aegis has expertise in designing PUF insulated panels of different dimensions depending upon the ambient temperature conditions and strengths required. These panels are designed using a combination of different materials like G.I.-G.I., FRP-G.I., S.S.-S.S, G.I.-Wood duly insulated with high quality injected PUF. The panels are designed to conform latest BS Standards and are structurally stable.
CamLock Panel Interlocking
Camlock Panel Interlocking System
Designed for longevity, the Camlock panel interlocking system provides perfect alignment with added benefits of structural support. The Camlock panel interlocking ensures a perfect sealing with no water and moisture ingress. The following drawings indicating the fixing arrangement of male and female section of Camlock in panels and panels interlocked with each other.
Shelter Floor
- Flooring is 80mm thick & designed to have load bearing capacity of 1500Kgs/sq meter
- Duly supported on rectangular members forming the main grid resting on two steel I beams
- Surface has antistatic vinyl flooring over a layer of vinyl tiles on 19mm Marine board
Shelter Door
Door & Utility Handle
- Separate insulated panel 1m width x 2m height
- Fixed in a special aluminum frame duly reinforced and suspended with three industrial hinges and field utility handle
- Panel has double gasket to ensure sealing from water and air leakages
- Three position lock system ensures a high degree of safety, firm and stable locking
- Locking arrangement has a five key facility
- Doors are provided with auto closer and stopper

Shelter Roof
- Side sloping roof with reducing thickness
- Water tight sealing
- Extra wide flashings on roof ridge to avoid any air or water ingress
